How to use it?

Internal Use: Add 1-2 teaspoon in warm water or buttermilk & consume twice a day before meals.

External Use: Mix 2 teaspoon of powder with rosewater or milk and make a paste. Apply evenly on the face. Leave for ten to fifteen minutes, then wash with cold water.
