Herbal tea (25 tea bags), popular as Tulsi Adrak Hali Chai, is a blend of tulsi, ginger and turmeric. Great taste and great benefits for the body.
Purpose:
- Strengthens the immune system
- Prevents cold and cough
- Reduces inflammation
- Supports liver function
- Relieves stress
- Improves digestion, fights flatulence
Instructions for use:
- Pour 250-350 ml of fresh boiled water for 1 bag in a large cup or small kettle.
- Let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
- Add sweetener if you want.
- For cold tea:
- Pour 1 liter of boiling water into 8 bags for brewing, cover and steep for 20 minutes, if you want, add sweetener. Remove the bags and cool. Add ice.
