How to consume it?

Step 1 – Heat two cups of water.

Step 2 – Make a paste of Isha Bajra Porridge and water.

Step 3 – Add this paste to the boiling water. Stir to cook the porridge for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 4 – Remove from flame and set aside to cool for about 1 hour.

Step 5 – Mix in buttermilk, sufficient water, and salt.

Step 6 – Garnish with coriander and mint, or your favourite toppings, and serve at room temperature
