How to make it?

Step 1 – To make one glass of Isha health mix, boil 150 ml of water.
Step 2 – Mix 50 ml of cold water with 2 tablespoons (20 gm) of health mix separately, then add this to boiling water. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 3 – Add Jaggery or country sugar to taste. For a richer taste, milk, coconut milk and/or grated coconut can be added.
Step 4 – This tasty drink can be served hot or cold.
