Options for receiving Amla Churna
- To balance Vata dosha
– If you suffer from diseases caused by vata dosha disorder (joint pain, flatulence, etc.), Amla Churna should be taken in conjunction with the sesame oil in a ratio of 1 teaspoon amla powder 2 teaspoons sesame oil.
